Welcome to Kastompt! In renting from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which we have set in place to ensure a smooth experience for all of us.
Rental Agreement
All items are rented for a specified period of time, and we kindly request that they be returned on time to avoid additional charges. The outfits should be returned in their original condition. Any damages beyond regular use may incur a fee to cover restoration.
Payment
We accept only cash payments, and it has to be paid when the chosen outfit is delivered. We do not accept other payment forms currently.
Returns and Refunds
WIf the size of the outfit does not fit or the delivered item does not tally with what was requested, you may return it. Refunds are made through bank transfer, and customers are to specify the correct bank account for the amount to be transferred. Returns for any other cause are not allowed.
Privacy of Information
All your personal information, such as bank accounts to receive a refund, will be handled with caution and in compliance with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Amendments to Terms
Kastompt may alter these terms from time to time and without warning. Please return to this page to stay updated.
